Arizona miniCOBRA Administration Website

Updated for American Rescue Plan Act

Your administration would be performed online which means you can do it from anywhere. The website uses menu items and tabs to select the procedure you want performed. Just log in and begin performing the necessary procedure. For example, if you want to enter a newly terminated employee (known as a Qualifier), you would click on the "Qualifier" menu and select the "New Qualifier" option. This action will change the web page to the Qualifier form where you would begin entering the information. If you ever have a question, use the Contact page to email us your question. You will receive a prompt return email providing instructions.

The Home page provides a Things-to-do list that monitors everything needed to keep you in compliance. If something needs your attention, you will receive an email advising you to log in and handle. Your goal is to keep the Things-to-do list empty. To perform the task, selected it in the list and click the Go button. If you selected to produce a letter, the system will produce the document and send you an email with the letter (saved as a pdf) to you (or we will print it and mail it under our Comprehensive Services agreement).

This is the only online Arizona miniCOBRA administration website. And with over 25 years of administration experience, you are making the easy, correct decision.

Subscription

Effective January 1, 2019, Arizona employers with fewer than 20 employees are required to offer group medical insurance continuation coverage (commonly known as Arizona mini-COBRA). We are here to assist you with the law.

Education

How do you comply with a law if you don't understand it? Our members have access to the law's requirements, explained in easy-to-understand terms.

Simplicity

When it comes time to remove an employee or dependent from the group insurance plan, notify the insurance carrier - then login and enter the individual's information.

Documents

The law is specific on the information that must be provided in the letter to the employee (or dependent). Our notices meet the law's requirements and are personalized for each individual who experiences a loss of group coverage.

Monitoring

The system will monitor each individual, letting you know if further information is required. Keep your mind as ease, knowing that you have experts following your "qualifier's" time frame, payments and required notifications.

Experience

There is a federal law known as "COBRA" that applies to larger groups. We have been providing a proven administration process since 1993 and use this method to assist with Arizona mini-COBRA.

Support

Email your questions and our experienced staff will assist you with your issue. Our Company Mission is to provide service with 100% customer satisfaction.
